Plan Description
A variety of exterior textures lend a decidedly Mediterranean feel to this attractive 1.5-story house plan. As you enter the home you will notice the high ceilings in the great room and an open kitchen.
The kitchen includes a large island with a breakfast bar and a walk-through pantry with a refrigerator and sink. There is a cozy Hearth room just off of the dining room.
The master bedroom is located on the main floor and has a massive walk-in closet with two built-in dressers. The master bathroom includes his/her vanities and a soaking tub as well as an enclosed toilet. As you make your way upstairs you will find bedrooms 3 and 4 that share a Jack and Jill bathroom and bedroom 2 with its own bathroom. Each bedroom has its own walk-in closet. The home also features 1265 sq. ft. of garage space with a mudroom off of each garage.
