The Longhorn Ranch plan is a stunning Barndominium style 1.5 story house plan. The exterior features a show stopping gambrel roof and wood siding to give the home its rustic Barndominium curb appeal.
Guests will be greeted by a large front covered porch. Just inside the home, you'll find yourself in the entry way with is 2-story ceiling. As you walk further into the home, you'll notice the great room, dining room, and kitchen arranged in a lovely open layout.
The great room lies under a 2-story ceiling and is warmed by a cozy fireplace that is flanked by built-in bookshelves. The dining room leads to the rear covered patio through a large sliding patio door. A screened patio can also be accessed from the dining room.
The kitchen includes an island with a snack bar and a large walk-in pantry. A hearth room is located off the kitchen and makes for a great place to relax by the fire.
Tucked away on the right side of the home, you'll find the elegant master suite. The master bathroom includes a soaking tub, his/her vanities, a large walk-in shower, an enclosed toilet area, and a large walk-in closet.
Upstairs, you will find 4 additional bedrooms and a large family room. Each pair of bedrooms share a jack and jill bathroom. Every bedroom enjoys its own walk-in closet. A second laundry room can also be found on the second floor.
Above the homes large 3 car garage, you'll enjoy ample storage space. The garage accesses the home through a large mud room that includes a bench and lockers.
