A rear-load, two-car garage stays in line with the home's streamlined design, and accesses the living areas through a practical mud room, complete with bench, closet and powder bath.
On the second level, the master suite boasts a Cathedral Ceiling and an abundance of natural light. Its bath area includes a soaking tub, shower, dual sinks, compartmented toilet and walk-in closet. Bedrooms 2 and 3 both have walk-in closets and share a bath. An upstairs common area is highlighted by a naturally lit recessed area with built-in desk.
