The Palmdale plan is a stunning Mediterranean style house plan. The exterior showcases stucco siding with a clay tile roof. An amazing courtyard with a fireplace greets guests as they come through the front gate. 

Just through the front covered stoop, you'll find yourself in the entry way that features an 11' high trayed ceiling. The 10' high ceilings throughout make this ranch plan feel more spacious. The great room in this house also lies under an 11' trayed ceiling and is warmed by a fireplace that includes built-in bookshelves. The home opens up through a large sliding door to an amazing rear covered patio.  The home's kitchen includes a large island with a snack ledge and a walk-in pantry. 

On the right side of the home, you'll find the master suite. The master bathroom includes his/her vanities, a soaking tub, a walk-in shower, and an enclosed toilet area.
