Hazel

The Hazel plan is a perfect combination of a modern farmhouse and a carriage style house plan. While still being 1911 square feet, yet also having a two car garage just below the second level, this plan is a great use of space. The open concept and amount of windows allowing for natural light throughout the home helps this house be extremely efficient and affordable.

There are covered patios on both sides of the home, as well as two garages. Walk through either of the entrances and find a beautiful dog trot, fit for a celebrity. After walking up the staircase, you can find a catwalk that overlooks the dogtrot, as well as a guest bathroom. Take a left and find the open living room, dining room, and kitchen, including built-in shelves.

The Hazel plan also has two bedrooms that share a Jack-n-Jill bathroom. This plan is modern while having touches of rustic, and is perfect for a small family, a new couple, or even empty nesters.
