Hayden Flats

The Hayden Flats plan is a Modern Cottage style house plan with 2643 square feet, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The exterior of this plan is jaw dropping with combinations of dark board and batten siding, as well as two different stone types as accents.

Walking up to the beautiful covered porch with stunning arch ways welcomes you right into a 12’ tall entryway with connection to the dining room. The great room with built-in shelving and a fireplace can be found by heading straight through the home, as well as an open-concept area including the dinette and kitchen. 

The kitchen provides access to a small servery and walk-in pantry which loops back into the dining room, making the process of eating in the room much more seamless.

The left side of the home is where the master bedroom can be found, complete with 10’ ceilings, a spacious bathroom with a soaking tub, double vanities, separate shower and toilet, and large walk-in closet.
