Colette

The Colette plan is a charming Cottage style plan that takes you back to a time when houses were built with uniqueness and character. The high pitched roof and stucco give this plan an old-world look with modern amenities. Inside, just off the entryway, the great room is warmed by a fireplace and flows seamlessly to the kitchen and dining room. The kitchen has a wonderful island with a snack bar and a reach in pantry. The dining room lies under a trayed ceiling and leads to the wonderful rear covered patio that shares a dual sided fireplace with the great room. 

On the right side of the home, you'll find the master suite. The master bathroom includes his/her vanities and a large walk-in closet. On the left side of the home, you'll find a second bedroom that shares a bathroom with the main living area.
