Our latest plan book has arrived and we are so excited to share our newest plans! With the big shipment in, we can't help but reflect on the past year.

In 2013 we designed and published some 30 home plans and several project plans like garage plans and shed plans. We took a look at our existing collection and listened closely to the feedback we received from IBS 2013 and worked hard to develop more multi-family plans, narrow and economical home plans, and some different styles. We challenged ourselves to put out a new plan every week and we are proud that we nearly met our goal! Not bad considering we still designed dozens of beautiful local custom home designs, helped with several remodel projects, and modified many of our plans for builders and home buyers across the country!

What a year!

We improved our drawings - adding new details with best practices to make sure you build it right and build it well. Our Home of the Week emails go out to thousands of builders every week with our latest plans and exclusive deals.

We can't wait to show off our latest work at the Nebraska Builder Show and IBS 2014. We're excited to meet hundreds of home builders from across the country and around the world to share how our plans are without equal.

We have no intention of stopping the momentum and we have our eyes set on a big year for us in 2014. We're continuing our weekly plan challenge, looking for ways to improve our drawings, and hoping to be an invaluable resource for home builders across the country!

We're rolling out our latest collection of Family Centered Home Plans with a special focus on designs and features that help families get the most out of the place they call home.

Thank you to our amazing builders, product partners, and clients who have helped us grow and share great design with so many people. We'll keep you posted on our latest plans, and will continue to help folks find Perfect fit houses to call home!

P.S. If you'd like a copy of our plan book, send us an email with your contact information or give us a call at 402.445.0489 and we'll make sure you get one!
