nation's largest processing services. The webmaster, web
host, site owners and order processors do not have access to
your full credit card information and are unable to process
any additional transactions with the information you provide

Advanced House Plans provides copywrited, reproducible
sets of house plans. Reproducible applies only to the
duplication of a plan set or part of a plan set to be used
during the planning and construction of the one, single
dwelling for which the plan was purchased. This applies to
all sales of plan sets and plan alterations, unless an
explicit agreement exists between the purchaser and Advanced
House Plans.
Return / Refund Policy
Advanced House Plans takes pride in maintaining the best
possible customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied
with the quality or completeness of any plan set or
alteration, we pledge to correct this immediately, in a
personal and professional manner.
Delivered plan sets are NOT refundable. There is simply no
way for us to determine if a plan has been copied before its
return.
Circumstances which would warrant a return are limited to
replacements only, such as: 1) We, in error, have delivered
the wrong plan; 2) A delivered package has been rendered
defective during delivery.
Please contact us within 7 days if you need a replacement.
We may require the receipt of your returned plan set before
sending the replacement.
Delivery Information
UPS Ground Delivery for Plan Sets and Plan Alterations is
30.00 dollars. Orders are processed in 2-3 days and delivery
time is usually 3 to 5 days enroute. Priority delivery is
available for an additional charge.
Prices
Prices are correct at time of publication. Please contact us
for pricing if you require a service not found on our
website.
Complaints
If we should receive a complaint about any part of our
service, by phone, fax, e-mail or letter, then it will be
dealt with promptly (we will reply within 5 working days).
