Each of our plans can be customized with the exact foundation you need. Depending on your area or personal preference, chose a foundation that works for you. Our plans are designed standard with 8" poured concrete foundation walls specified for 9' basements. We can customize nearly every house plan for slab construction, crawl space foundations, and even walkouts. Raise the floor to ceiling height of your home and raise its value and comfort. Choose between 9' and 10' standard ceiling heights for the entire main level.

Many of our house plans are designed with inviting living spaces complimented perfectly by a fireplace. A fireplace adds value, comfort and visual appeal to your home. All of our house plans can be modified to add, change, or remove fireplaces. Select how you would like us to customize this feature for you and we will make that change for you!

Are you a builder? Each one of our plans comes with optional floor plan artwork to allow you to sell our plan to new clients..

Like the plan but need it mirrored? No problem. All of our plans can be quickly reversed, including the text, making it easy for you, your builder, and subcontractors to accurately build your home. Most plans can be reversed within 24 hours of an order!
