CUSTOM HOME DESIGNS

-Create a home that you can call your own with the designers at Advanced House Plans. Choose from one of three packages Silver, Gold or Platinum.

-How do I get started?
    Choose a Package that will fit your design needs.
    Call or email for our custom Design Questionaire.
    Mail or call in ½ down payment.
    Send in any photos or sketches you may have, and discuss with designer.
    

Next you will begin the

             PRELIM PHASE 

            This phase will include sketches of your floor plans and elevations. After reviewing them and the designers pick up any changes you will sign off and move into the Design Phase.

            DESIGN PHASE

            This phase will take your sketches into the computer. Depending on which package you chose we will draw the floor plans, roof plan, and all elevations. Minimal changes can be made at this point. After review you will sign off and move into the Construction Phase.

           CONSTRUCTION PHASE 

            This phase will include noting the drawings, sections, electrical plans and interior elevations. We will send out a final set for your     review and ask for the remainder of the payment.

Sometimes people need to be led in the right direction. Our design team has created over a 1000 new custom homes for people. We have redesigned kitchens, baths, exteriors, whole houses, you name it we have done it. Trying to figure out what you want can sometimes be the key to design.

PRINTING

-While most cities require you to hand in three sets of prints for permits and the framers needs a set onsite to frame from, most other trades can do there work off of a PDF set. A PDF set is an electronic copy of your home plans which can be emailed to help save on printing and help do your part on going green.
-Additional sets if needed can be purchased for $20.00 a set upon checkout.
